Two Maoists have been killed in an encounter with the CISF late on Sunday night at a place under Piperwar police station in Chatra district of Jharkhand. Confirming the incident, the Superintendent of Police Chatra Anup Birthare told our correspondent that Maoists have attacked a CISF security check post of Ashok project of Central Coal Filed Ltd., after which the encounter between the Maoists and security forces took place which lasted nearly for two hours. One CIFS personnel has been injured in the incident and he has been shifted to Ranchi.
