In Bihar,two hardcore Maoists were arrested in Jamui distric of the state during raid at Penka village under Charkha Pathar police station area of the district. District Superintendent of Police said a cache of firearms and huge quantity of arms were recovered from their possession. A massive combing operation is continuing in Jamui district to nab more Maoists. Meanwhile the Union Home Ministry has included seven more districts of Bihar as Naxal infested districts of the State. Earlier there were 16 Naxal infested districts in the State. The new Naxal infested districts are Muzaffarpur, Sheohar, Vaishali, Banka, Lakhisarai, Begusarai and Khagaria.These districts will get a special assistance from Centre to counter naxal activities in the State.
