Two MLAs of Jharkhand Vikash Morcha will not vote in the forthcoming Rajya Sabha election on Thursday in Jharkhand as they are under arrest in Giridih alongwith the party supremo Mr. Babulal Marandi. Speaking to AIR Ranchi correspondent, the party MLA from Giridih Mr. Nirbhaya Sahbadi said that it is the party's decision not to apply for bail and hence the arrested MLAs will not be able to vote in the Rajya Sabha election<br/><br/>
