2 jawans killed, 4 injured in militant attack in J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir two army jawans were killed and four others injured when militants ambushed an Army vehicle in Poonch district of Jammu division today around 5 p.m. <br/><br/>According to Brigade General Staff 16 Corps Brigadier Gurdip Singh, the incident occurred when a group of militants attacked the Army Patrol near Nangi Tekri area of Krishana Ghati sector of Poonch district resulting in the death of two Jawans and injuries to four others. The injured jawans have been shifted to Army Hospital. <br/><br/>Army has laid siege of the entire area and launched massive searches to track down the militants responsible for the attack. Further details are awaited.<br/>
