As part of their efforts to promote Hindi among the local youth, two Indian-origin South African women will enroll in a 10-month course programme in the language at Agra University next month. <br/><br/>Aradhna Ramballi and Sushmitha Budhaye have won scholarships from the university, facilitated by the Indian Consul General in their hometown of Durban. <br/><br/>They will study for a higher diploma which the Hindi Shiksha Sangh of South Africa (HSSSA) said would tremendously benefit its efforts in the promotion of Hindi. <br/><br/>Budhaye, 22, is currently a Bachelor of Education Degree in the University of South Africa while Ramballi,31, is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate and is a newsreader at Hindvani, the only radio station in South Africa broadcasting in Hindi.<br/>
