In Meghalaya, Two hard core cadres of the banned Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) were arrested at the Jaintia Hills district headquarter town of Jowai while they were in transit in a car last night.Jaintia Hills SP O. Pasi said the cadres, who were carrying two AK-47 rifles and four magazines, were being interrogated.
