In Andhra Pradesh, two drivers of Tirupati-Machilipatnam Express died on the spot in an accident in Chittoor District on Friday. The accident occurred when the train hit a tractor trolley at an unmanned level crossing near Srikalahasthi. One bogie of the train along with the Loco also derailed.South Central Railway officials said all the passengers were safe and a relief and medical van reached the accident site.Several trains on the Renigunta-Gudur section are running late due to the accident and few passenger trains have been cancelled.
