A two day workshop will begin in Parliament Library tomorrow on drought and agrarian related issues, drinking water management and interlinking of rivers. The workshop is being organised under the auspices of the Speaker's Research Initiative for members of both the Houses of Parliament. <br/><br/>Eminent experts including Dr Mangala Rai, former DG, ICAR, Masood Hussain, DG, National Water Development Agency, Himanshu Thakkar, Co-coordinator, South Asia Network on Dams, Rivers and People, Anupam Mishra and Sopan Joshi, both from Gandhi Peace Foundation will address the workshop.
