The 2-day Global Innovation Roundtable, organised by the National Innovation Council, began in New Delhi today. Leaders of innovation from more than 15 countries are participating in the event. The Roundtable will be a forum f or sharing ideas and experiences to identify mechanisms to collaborate on inclusive innovation that meets global needs of inclusion, access and equity.
Council Chairman Sam Pitroda, at a Twitter Press Conference tomorrow will talk about the deliberations and the outcome of the roundtable. He will take questions from the Indian and foreign media. He will host the conference from his Twitter handle @pitrodasam and invite other Global Innovation Roundtable participants to join in. It will start at 7 PM and is scheduled for one and half an hour.
AIR correspondent reports that the Council will also present its second annual report to the President Pranab Mukherjee.
