Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat first against India in the first cricket Test being played in Galle . The last two tests will be played in Colombo. India playing the match with five bowlers. Three Spinners Harbhajan Singh, Amit Mishra and R. Ashwin have been made part of the team and Ishant Sharma will lead the pace attack alongside Varun Aaron. While India will be hoping their Test cricket skills come to the fore, all of the attention in the Sri Lanka camp will be on Kumar Sangakkara, who will retire from all forms of international cricket after the second Test match of this three test series.
