In Uttar Pradesh, first phase of census 2011 begins on Sunday and it will continue till 30th of next month. During the said period enumeration of houses, their listing and national population register will be prepared.<br/> <br/>AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that first phase of Census will be beginning with the registration of state governor BL Joshi and Chief Minister Mayawati. All arrangements for census are in place and training of enumerators and supervisors has been completed in all districts. A total of 3 lakh 52 thousand enumerators and 52 thousand supervisors have been deployed for the population-wise largest state. <br/> <br/>Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mayawati has written a letter to the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh demanding caste-based census for Other Backward Castes.<br/>
