The first ever Asian Cricket Council Premier League tournament is beginning in Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur tomorrow. According to the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) its cricket team has already reached Kuala Lumpur to participate in the week long tournament. Comprising of 15 matches, the tournament will be played in 50-over format and six teams including Afghanistan, Nepal, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Oman and host Malaysia will participate in it. Afghanistan, although a new entrant in the world of cricket is fast emerging as a strong team. In the recently held Asia Cup cricket tournament Afghan team surprised cricket lovers when it defeated test playing Bangladesh.
