<br/>The first consignment of international aid for Kyrgyz refugees in Uzbekistan arrived in eastern Uzbek border city of Andijan on Wednesday. Reports say the plane is carrying supplies from UN High Commissioner for Refugees. <br/> <br/>The supply includes 800 tents for refugees, who fled the ethnic violence in southern Kyrgyzstan which has left at least 170 people dead and more than 1760 wounded.<br/>
