<span style="color: #222222;">The 18th All India Annual Conference of the Heads of Science Centre's and Museums began today at Itanagar. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Inaugurating the three-day conference, Arunachal Pradesh Environment and Forest Minister Nabam Rebia said that Arunachal Pradesh State Council Science and Technology is playing an important role to tie up and collaborate with other scientific institutions across the country to promote science and technology in the state.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Rebia also inaugurated the&nbsp; "Innovation Hub and Space Education Centre " situated at Arunachal Pradesh Science Centre, Itanagar. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Speaking on the occasion, the Guest of Honour and Director General of National Council of Science Museums, Kolkata A D Choudhury said that the Government of India has adopted Science Technology and Innovation policy in 2013 to promote innovation and innovative ideas. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He hoped that the three-day conference will able to chalk out strategies to promote scientific temper and to play a catalyst role for students.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
