Indian Air Force (IAF) will conduct its combat exercise Iron Fist 2016 at Pokhran in Rajasthan tomorrow. President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar are expected to witness the exercise at Pokhran Field Firing Ranges. Air Chief General Arup Raha, senior officers and other dignitaries will also attend the day and night event. <br/><br/>The exercise will see the participation of 181 aircraft including Sukhoi Su-30 MKI and two variants of the Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas. Live demonstration by IAF Garuds and special heliborne operations will be a highlight of the exercise. Iron Fist is the biggest fire power exercise of the IAF. Last time, Iron Fist was conducted in 2013 at the same venue.
