<span style="color: #222222;">A total of 18 special trains are being run on the third day today following the announcement of Indian Railways, restoring passenger train service in a graded manner. <br />''<br />''Dibrugarh-New Delhi,  Jammu Tawi -New Delhi, Bilaspur- New Delhi, Ranchi- New Delhi and New Delhi- Bhubaneswar are among the routes plying trains today. Railways said, twenty thousand 149 passengers travelled yesterday and 25 thousand 737 passengers are travelling today. Over two lakh 34 thousand passengers have booked tickets till date worth 45.30 crore rupees. These special trains are being run in addition to the Shramik Special Trains. Thermal screening of passengers are being done at Railway Station and only asymptomatic passengers are being allowed to board the train.</span><br />
