In Manipur, altogether 18 militants from seven insurgent outfits have surrendered to government on Thursday before the state Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh at the Headquarters of the Inspector General of Assam Rifles(South) at Mantripukhri in Imphal. The militants also handed over huge cache of arms and ammunitions to Assam rifles.
