Over 57 thousand people in the country got cured and returned to their homes in the last 24 hours. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">With this the cumulative recoveries from COVID-19 in the country inched further closer to touch the two million mark. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">So far, a total of 18 lakh 8 thousand 936 people have recovered in the country and with this the nationwide recovery rate has further improved to 71.61 per cent. 32 States and Union Territories have exceeded the 50 per cent recovery mark whereas 12 States and UTs have recorded a Recovery Rate higher than the national average of 71.61 per cent. The case fatality rate continues to show steady decline and now stands at 1.94 per cent.</span>
