At least eighteen people were killed and two others injured seriously in a road accident in Papua New Guinea. <br/> <br/>The mishap occured when a 15-seater bus ran off a cliff in the remote Western Highlands after its brakes failed as it tried to negotiate a steep curve. <br/>
