In Uttar Pradesh, eighteen people, including eight children, were killed and 19 others injured today when their bus fell into a river near Bulandshahr. According to police said the bus was on its way to Badaun and fell into the Neem river under police station Debai in the wee hours this morning. Senior Superintendant of Police Amitabh Yash said the bus passengers were going to village Ghosli to cast their votes in panchayat polls. He said 19 injured were admitted to a government hospital in Bulandshahr.
