In Jammu and Kashmir State, the 18 hour long encounter between militants and security forces concluded on Tuesday evening in which one local HM militant got killed. SSP Pulwama Kifayat Hyder disclosed to media persons in a brief press conference that the killed militant was involved in various killings in the area. <br/><br/>After Srinagar's Lal Chowk incident this is the second encounter in a current week in Pulwama district. On 9th of January two Lashkar-i-Tayuba militants were killed in a day long encounter in Androosa village of Pampore area. <br/>
