In Maharashtra, two people lost their lives to COVID-19 while 18 people tested positive during the last 24 hours. <br />'' <br />'' Now, the total number of cases in the state has gone up to 320. Of the 18 new positive patients, 16 are from Mumbai while the remaining two are from Pune. The two deaths reported are one each from Mumbai and Palghar.<br />'' <br />'' Yesterday, as many as many as 72 new Coronavirus cases were detected in the state, 59 of them in Mumbai alone, taking the total number of COVID-19 patients to 302. According to a health official, this is the largest increase in the number of cases within a day. <br />'' <br />'' The official informed that besides Mumbai, Ahmednagar also reported three cases, while two cases each came to light in Pune, Thane, Vasai, Virar and Kalyan-Dombivali cities.<br />''  <br />
