In Assam, the 17th National Sub-Junior Championship began this morning at Sarusajai Sports Complex at Guwahati. Assam Chief Minister Mr. Tarun Gogoi inaugurated the tournament.A total of 22 and 20 teams participated respectively in boys and girls categories.The matches will be held in league cum knock-out basis.The championship will be concluded on 12th of this month.
