<span style="color: #222222;">Seventeen people died in a road accident at Fulbari under Hanskhali P.S. in Nadia. The car carrying a dead body from Bagdah, North 24 Parganas to Nabadwip for cremation hit a truck that was standing on the road last midnight and got overturned. The injured were taken to hospital where 13 people were announced to be brought dead. Four of the seriously injured succumbed to injuries later this morning. Among the dead persons, 11 belonged to the same family and extended family and three were from Nadia. State Ministers Jyotipria Mallick and Ujjwal Biswas visited the hospital to see the injured.
