The sixteenth SAARC Summit will begin in Bhutan on Wednesday. Heads of State and Government of India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Maldives, Nepal, and Sri Lanka will attend the meeting.<br/> <br/>Representatives from the observer states including China, Iran, Japan, South Korea, Mauritius, Myanmar, Australia, United States, and European Union will also be present. The Summit will adopt a Declaration titled Towards a Green and Happy South Asia, which will focus on problems relating to environment and climate change.<br/>
