The recoveries rate stood at 76.8 per cent with 1007 patients being discharged yesterday. Out of the 1640 fresh cases reported yesterday, 683 cases reported from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area while districts also reported fresh covid cases in large numbers. Rangareddy district accounted for 135, while Sangareddy district reported 102 fresh cases on a single day. Karimnagar accounted for 100 new COVID cases while Peddapalli district reported 98. Out of 33 districts in the state, 31 districts reported fresh cases yesterday.</span><br />
