In West Bengal, 16 people of a picnic party are feared drowned in a boat capsize in Rupnarain river near Kolaghat in East Midnapore district today. According to official sources, the boat was carrying about 35 persons. Our Kolkata Correspondent, reports that about 14 persons swam to safety after the incident.
