In Afghanistan, 16 people were killed as a passenger bus turned turtle in Herat province, west of capital Kabul. Head of Provincial Council Abdul Zahir Sayedzada today said the tragic traffic accident occurred in Farsi district late last. He said the passenger bus turned turtle as a result all 16 travelers including eight women and six children were killed. The official blamed reckless driving for the incident.
