In Madhya Pradesh, at least 16 people were killed when a private passenger bus fell in Barna river in Bareli area of Raisen district yesterday. Our Bhopal correspondent reports that twenty two people were safely rescued. AIR Correspondent reports that, The ill-fated bus went out of control crossing a bridge over Barna after one of its tyre suddenly burst. Rescue operation was on till late night. Five of the seriously injured have been referred to Bhopal . This bus was going to Jabalpur from Bhopal . In another accident, seven people were killed when a tractor trolley washed away in Son river in Pahargarh area of Morena district yesterday. Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has expressed grief on both the accidents. He has announced an exgratia of 50 thousand each to the families of victims.
