In China, at least 16 people have been killed and 14 others injured in a highway multiple pileups in eastern Jiangxi Province. The accident occurred when a road maintenance vehicle carrying 25 people was hit by a truck from behind this morning on an express way in Sichuan County. The maintenance vehicle fell off and caused a five-vehicle pileup. Police said all the dead were maintenance workers and are investigating the cause of the accident.
