In Orissa, the 15th national youth festival began with a colourful start today at Kalinga stadium at Bhubaneswar. Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Dr. M.S. Gill inaugurated the festival attended by more than 5000 participants and delegates from all states and Union territories. He said the youth will take the country further in all spheres and will surpass economic powers like China and Japan in the next three to four decades. Chief Minister of Orissa Navin Patnaik said the festival represents mini India and it was a pleasure for Orissa to host a national event of this magnitude
