Swami Vivekananda's 158th Birth Anniversary is being observed today all over West Bengal through various programmes. The day is also observed as National Youth day. The Sports and Youth Welfare Department of the state has organised Vivek Chetana Utsav to commemorate the day.<br />'' <br />''Political leaders across party line have been paying tributes to Swamiji at his birthplace in North Kolkata since this morning.
