152 cargo flights operated to transport over 200 tonnes of essential medical supplies under UDAN

<span style="color: #222222;">Government today said, 152 flights have transported over 200 tonnes of essential medical supplies across the country under the Lifeline Udan initiative. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Civil Aviation Ministry said that these flights are being operated to transport essential medical cargo to remote areas to support fight against Covid-19. It said, 152 flights have been operated by Air India, Indian Air Force and other private carriers. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">UDAN flights also carried ICMR kits and other essential cargo to several North Eastern areas and Central and Eastern states too.</span>
