About 15 per cent voting has been recorded till 10 this morning in Jharkhand for 16 seats going to polls today. In the 5th and final phase of assembly elections in Jharkhand, except single incident of landmine blast and recovery of cane bomb, polling is going on peacefully. No casualty has been reported in the incident. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, 10 helicopters are keeping a close watch on the situation on the ground.
