In Jammu and Kashmir, fifteen person were rescued by Joint team of Kathua Police , Civil Defense assisted by local people from flash flood in Ujh river. They were trapped in Ujh river at various points in the middle of river. Most of them were Nomads grazing the cattle’s at safer point in the middle of river. But suddenly the water level rose up and were trapped in the middle of river. The local people sounded the alarm and inform the police.
