In Mexico, 15 people, including two women, were tortured and executed in the border state of Tamaulipas. State media today said the victims were found yesterday afternoon in San German town. It said their bodies were on top of one another with their hands tied behind their backs in the middle of a road. Firearm casings were scattered in the area.
