In Pakistan, at least 15 militants were killed and 20 others injured in air strikes launched by the army in different locations of the northwestern Orakzai tribal area today. <br/><br/>According to local media reports, the jet fighters of the Pakistani air force fired at militants' hideouts in the areas of Mamozai, Khadezai and Dabori in Orakai and five of the hideouts were destroyed. <br/><br/>Over 1,300 militants have been killed in Orakzai since this March. Last month the Pakistani military declared victory against militants in the tribal area of Orakzai after months of fighting. <br/><br/>However, the clashes between the Pakistani army and the militants still linger on in the region.
