In the Philippines, fifteen people have been killed and 15 others wounded when a passenger mini bus fell off a ravine in a mountain province in the north of the country. <br/><br/>Provincial Police Chief Fortunato Albas said the mini-bus was traveling through the Besao-Bannao provincial road last evening when it lost control. He said the vehicle fell into the ravine about 75 meters deep.<br/>
