<br/>In Uttarakhand, at least 15 people, including three children, drowned and seven others injured when a bus in which they were travelling fell into the flood-hit Alaknanda river in Chamoli on Friday. The Police said the mishap occurred in Karnprayag area of Chamoli district when the bus driver lost control over the vehicle on a sharp turn and it plunged into Alaknanda. The bus, carrying about 30 passengers, was on its way from Karnprayag to Gopeshwar.<br/><br/>Eight bodies have already been fished out from the river while a search operation is on to find out four other bodies, suspected to have been washed away in the fast currents of the river.<br/><br/>Three children succumbed to their injuries in the hospital and the condition of the other injured is stated to be serious.<br/><br/>In another mishap in the state, two persons were killed when boulders fell on the moving bus in which they were travelling in Srikot area of Pauri district.<br/>
