At least 144 LTTE child soldiers rehabilitated at the Punthottam Child Protection and Rehabilitation Centre in Vavuniya were admitted in a school in Colombo last week. <br/> <br/>The Coordinating officer attached to the Rehabilitation Centre Col. Manjula Gunasinghe said that the children were admitted to Ratmalana Hindu College to enable them pursue education which was earlier denied to them. <br/> <br/>They include 81 boys and 63 girls studying in various classes. According to the Coordinating officer another batch of 114 students will be admitted to the same school soon. The Sri Lankan Government is making arrangements for their boarding and lodging. <br/> <br/>
