In Telangana, 1421 new cases of COVID -19 have been reported during the past 24 hours. With this, the total COVID cases in the state has gone upto 2 lakh 29 thousand one (2,29, 001). The state conducted over 38 thousand tests yesterday. The recovery rate reported at 90.53 per cent with 1221 more people recovering yesterday. This took the number of recovered people so far in the state to 2 lakh 7 thousand 326 (2,07,326). Meanwhile, the daily bulletin issued by the state Medical and Health department this morning stated that total deaths rose to 1298 following 6 more people succumbed to COVID and comorbidities during the past 24 hours.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Currently the state has little over 20 thousand active cases out of which over 17 thousand are in home isolation. Meanwhile, 249 new Covid-19 cases were reported in Hyderabad while Medchal Malkajgiri and Rangareddy reported about hundred cases each. Khammam, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Nalgonda,  Karimnagar, Siddipet and Warangal Urban districts are among the districts which reported considerably high number of new COVID cases during the past 24 hours.</span><br />
