Israeli forces have arrested 14 Palestinians off the coast of the Gaza Strip and in Israeli- occupied West Bank. Palestinian witnesses and security sources today said the Israeli navy stopped a Palestinian fishing boat in the waters of southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah and ordered the four fishermen to swim towards the gunboat.<br/><br/>The incident took place at dawn today and the fishermen have not been released yet.Meanwhile, the Israeli army detained 10 Palestinians in the West Bank during overnight raids in al-Ein refugee camp in Nablus, witnesses said. There is no immediate confirmation of the incidents from Israel.
