Fourteen military and two civil Dhruv helicopters have been involved in accidents since 2002. Of them, 12 occurred due to human error and environmental factors and four due to technical reasons. Minister of State for Defence, Rao Inderjit Singh informed this in a written reply in Rajya Sabha.
