<br/>In Albania, at least, 14 people have died when a bus they were travelling in fell off a cliff in Puka district in the north of the country. Around a dozen injured people including a number of children were taken to hospitals. <br/><br/>A police official said the bus was travelling in a rough weather but he did not give further details. The government has declared today a national day of mourning.
