In Uttar Pradesh, 14 people died and 24 others were injured in a bus accident in Amroha Dehat Thana area of Jyotiba Fule Nagar district on Sunday night. The District Magistrate said that the accident occurred when the bus laden with pilgrims returning from Hardwar collided with a tree. Some of the injured are reported to be critical. Injured persons have been shifted to Morabadad Civil Hospital. Most of the pilgrims are reported to be the residents of Kamalpura village of Rajpura thana area of newly constituted Bhim nagar district.
