In Democratic Republic of Congo, 14 people died and 30 injured when a lorry ploughed into vehicles and pedestrians in the capital Kinshasa. Kinshasa public security chief Miguel Bagaya said that the lorry smashed into a taxi bus and other vehicles as well as pedestrians after its brakes failed yesterday. Health Minister Eteni Longodo after visiting the accident site said that there could be more than 30 injured.
