<span style="color: #222222;">In Karnataka the 14 days lockdown will come into force from 9 pm today to break the chain of Covid-19 transmission in the State. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The lockdown will be in force till 6 am on 12th of next month. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile the State is reported with 31,830 new Covid -19 cases  during the last 24 hours. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">At the same time 10,793 people recovered from the disease and discharged from various hospitals in the State. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">180 covid patients succumbed to the disease. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">At present 3,01,899 active covid patients are undergoing treatment across the State, among them 2,063 covid patients are in ICU. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Among the new cases Bengaluru city reported with the highest number of 17,550 followed by Mysuru with 2,042, Tumakuru 1,196 and Ballari with 907 cases.</span><br />
