Uttar Pradesh Police have arrested a total of 136 people so far for their alleged involvement in the unlawful assemblies and violence in the state yesterday. Maximum 45 accused have been arrested from Saharanpur, 37 from Prayagraj, 23 from Ambedkarnagar, 20 from Hathras, seven from Moradabad and four from Ferozabad. ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar said, those involved in the violence have been identified and whatever damage has been made to the private and government properties, will be recovered from the rioters.<br />''<br />''Director General of Police of the state D S Chauhan said, the police have sought the support of religious leaders of the society to maintain peace. Additional Chief Secretary Home Awanish Awasthi said, extra police forces are being deployed in the violence hit areas. He said, the situation in the state is peaceful now and strict action will be taken against those who try to disrupt the peace. &nbsp;<br />''Talking to AIR News, Senior Superintendent of police of Prayagraj district Ajay Kumar Pandey said, the situation in the city is under control. He said, those involved in the violence will not be spared. Prayagraj was the most affected district from the violence which erupted after Friday prayers yesterday.&nbsp;
