In Jharkhand, security personnel have seized 130 landmines planted on either side of a road near Palna dam in neighbouring Seraikela-Kharswan district. The land mines were seized in one of the biggest anti-Maoist operations in the state.Superintendent of Police told reporters the landmines, were planted in series on both sides of Tata-Ranchi highway near Palna dam.He said that a bomb disposal squad either from Ranchi or Musaboni will arrive to defuse it. The landmines were planted to target the security personnel involved in anti-Maoist operation and were connected with codex wire.
