At least 13 students, including ten girls have drowned at Raigad district's Murud Janjira beach. While five of the students were rescued by local fishermen and authorities, a few others are still feared missing. According to initial information, about 20-25 students had entered the waters for a swim. <br/><br/>They, however, misjudged the tide and were dragged deep into the waters.<br/><br/>They were among a group of 130 students of Pune's Abeda Inamdar College who had arrived at the beach for picnic this morning.<br/><br/>AIR Raigad PTC has informed that a joint team of police and Indian Coast Guard officials is conducting search and rescue operation in the area.
